Five-story, 162,000-sf, 413-car, 33-bicycle parking structure. The structural frame is structural steel and architecturally exposed structural steel with reinforced concrete shear walls.  A garden is featured on the third floor, as well as garden areas on the rooftop trellis and a central atrium for natural light. The $6.4 million parking structure is part of the Station Place mixed-use development project and was completed in July of 2004.
