Marketing Coordinator - Civil

The Los Angeles Civil Division is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include assisting the high-volume Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/proposal production process, maintaining marketing information systems, and increasing KPFF LA Civil brand awareness.

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Fostering effective and healthy relationships with all team members
  • Learning and understanding the KPFF LA Civil portfolio of work and expertise
  • Reviewing a wide range of materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and consistency
  • Supporting the entire proposal and SOQ development process including editing, writing, and formatting
  • Maintaining marketing assets including resumes, project descriptions, photos, and Deltek database
  • Identifying and tracking project leads
  • Assisting with business development research initiatives
  • Creating and editing engaging content for external and internal communications efforts

What experience you need:

  • One to three years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
  • Marketing experience in an AEC environment is strongly desired
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associate’s Degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree a plus
