Marketing Proposal Coordinator

KPFF-Seattle's Washington Division is looking for an experienced Marketing ProposalCoordinator to support our Division’s marketing and prime proposal efforts.

The successful candidate will have experience in a lead role putting together qualifications

packages; coordinating, writing, and editing prime proposals; and developing marketing literature.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent

  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign

  • Collaborative team player

  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, proofreading, and organization skills

  • Ability to research, edit, and proofread content provided by others

  • Self-Motivated

  • Detail-oriented

  • Client service experience

  • Demonstrates good decision making and time management with the ability to handle multiple deadlines

  • 3 professional references

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction community in Seattle with respect to civil and structural engineering

  • Graphics experience

  • Experience preparing interview teams for a variety of clients in both the public and private sector.
