Matt Keenan is a Principal in the Eugene Civil + Survey office. He joined KPFF in 1997 and has grown a notable career in urban redevelopment, sustainable design, K-12 and higher education projects, athletic facilities, medical campuses, affordable housing, parks, and master planning.
