Lindsay, a highly skilled addition to our esteemed structural engineering team, brings a remarkable 9 years of experience to our organization. Lindsay is driven by her passion to positively impact the world through engineering. As an engineer, Lindsay finds fulfillment in creating structures that foster community and enable people to live their lives to the fullest. She relishes the challenges of problem-solving and finds joy in collaborating with her team to come up with innovative solutions.
Meet Otton, one of our newest structural designers hailing from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, with three years of valuable industry experience. Otton is excited to be a part of our team and is particularly impressed with our collaborative work environment. He finds it inspiring to see senior engineers generously offering their support and guidance to help younger engineers grow and advance in their careers.
Makayla, one of our talented Structural Designers, has been an integral part of KPFF for three years, initially joining our team as an intern. Originally from Shelbyville, Kentucky, she enjoys hiking and watching HGTV. Makayla has been involved with the Ace Mentorship Program here in Louisville and significant projects that have enhanced our local community. Her creativity and love for KPFF have also been helpful in sharing the KPFF Louisville experience on our Social Media channels.

Norton Healthcare selects architectural firm to design new West Louisville hospital
KPFF Consulting Engineers will be the structural engineering company and will work with HDDS, a West Louisville minority business enterprise firm, for drafting and modeling. KPFF has funded a training program through OneWest to increase the number of minorities in the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Read more here.
