Background
Joining KPFF in 2017, Tim’s career has been focused on civil design and consulting. Tim has diverse planning and design experience on Port and Rail related projects. Throughout planning and design, he has supported clients and stakeholders through permitting, wetland restoration & mitigation, property aquisition, and grant funding. Tim also has experience in providing construction support services and construction management and inspection services.
