Monica Regan PE

Originally from Portland, OR, she worked several years on commercial development and urban infill within the Portland area and has played every type of role on a project. Since moving to Seattle and joining the KPFF team, Monica leads some of the largest and most complicated redevelopment projects in our Seattle Civil practice. She has also found a niche working with a long-time developer friend of KPFF to solve infill townhome puzzles on heavily encumbered and passed over Seattle parcels. Monica co-leads our college intern program, is part of our lunch-and-learn program, and assists with general hiring. A strong-willed collaborator and problem solver, she enjoys being a technical resource beyond her own projects within the civil group.
