Background

Michael Dygean started at KPFF in 1989 and is deeply knowledgeable in the design and construction of large scale complex campuses: medical, hospital, and research facilities; educational facilities from K through 12 to higher education; justice buildings such as courthouses and jails; and design-build pursuits and base isolated structures. With this plethora of knowledge, Michael has helped to mold and shape the current office culture and expertise while training the future leaders of the firm. Michael is a veteran in the practice of structural engineering and appreciates the give and take of open communication and a rigorous exchange of ideas; He believes in a truly collaborative design and construction process.
