Brien over 20 years of bridge/structural engineering experience in design, analysis, and construction support that ranges from small concrete culverts to large multi-span structures. This work includes fish passage, vehicular and pedestrian bridges, bridge railing retrofits, seismic retrofits, design-build, and overall bridge rehabilitation. Brien has been with KPFF since 2019.
