KPFF provided structural and civil engineering for a 29-story residential tower in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The project also includes four levels of below-grade parking, which extend south of the tower to support the new home for Seattle Unity Church. The elegant tower quietly respects Seattle Unity, Denny Park, and other neighbors, and it provides a wide variety of apartment sizes to accommodate many different budgets.
The performance based seismic design and peer review of this project was completed on the exact day that was set on the original project schedule.
