UW Milgard Hall

KPFF provided structural engineering services for this 55,000 SF mass timber lab and classroom space. The building offers lab space for new mechanical and civil engineering programs, as well as classrooms for the Milgard School of Business. The building infuses the learning spaces of the next generation of engineers and decision-makers with cross-laminated timber panels. The project utilized the progressive design-build delivery model and target value design principles.
