KPFF provided structural engineering services associated with a tenant improvement to the 3rd and 4th floors of an existing post-tensioned concrete building. The remodel includes 2 new MRI Scan units, a Biograph CT Scan unit, Mammo exam rooms, ultrasound exam rooms, and support spaces as well as associated roof-top mechanical equipment support and anchorage.
