The M

The M is a 24-story residential tower; it was the tallest Seattle building constructed outside the downtown area in more than 40 years. The building provides 230 townhomes and apartments for families and nearly 500 University of Washington students. Levels 1 and 24 provide amenities for the residents, and the one-level basement provides parking and mechanical space. At grade, the project provided a through-block park open to the public. KPFF provided structural and construction engineering for the project.
