KPFF provided civil and structural engineering services associated with a new and expanded Marriott Hall with ballroom and exhibit space, an outdoor event area (Marina Terrace), public access corridor improvements (Marina Walk), a new restroom building and landscaping for the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina. The Marriott Hall contains three levels and the total gross building area is approximately 171,100-sf.
