KPFF provided structural and civil engineering services for the design of a student housing development located on the campus of Pitzer College (a private college) in the City of Claremont, California. The project is to be built on a sloping site currently occupied by athletic fields. The project is being developed as four building wings, each with three levels of residential units. The four residential wings will contain approximately 323 beds in a combination of double rooms, single room suites and FIR apartments totaling approximately 67,000 gsf (including circulation).
