KPFF served as prime consultant and civil and structural engineer for reconstruction of 35th Avenue SE where it crosses the Penny Creek floodplain.
KPFF provided full PS&E design for the project. Services included structural design of pile-supported slab with lightweight cellular concrete fill, roadway drainage conveyance and treatment, hydraulic analysis of Penny Creek floodplain, geotechnical evaluation, and environmental permitting.
