Confluence Park

KPFF provided structural engineering of the landscape elements associated with the development of the Confluence neighborhood park for the Valencia master planned community in Santa Clarita, California. The project is approximately 6.4 acres and includes swimming pools, Water Play Plaza, Community Garden, a water feature, retaining and monument walls, site lighting foundations and play structure foundations. In addition, there are pedestrian and bicycle/Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) paths and paving sections as well as foundations for typical park amenities.

KPFF also provided engineering of the Buildings on the Confluence neighborhood park. The buildings include a community building, a cabana building with a perimeter concrete retaining wall, two shade structures, a seed library, a pool restroom building and a pool equipment building
