Building Cure

Building Cure is a 13-story research, office, and manufacturing facility for Seattle Children’s Research Institute. SCRI’s mission is to cure childhood disease, and Building Cure’s modern architectural design reflects their ground-breaking research. The structure is designed to provide enhanced seismic performance, long-term planning flexibility, and exceptional vibration performance. Level I features a lobby, forum, education center, cafe, and loading area. The superstructure provides nine research floors, one cell processing floor and two mechanical floors. The four-level basement contains one research floor above three levels of parking.
