Curt Vanderzanden is a Principal in KPFF’s Portland Civil Engineering + Survey office. He joined KPFF in 1986 and has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, including development of preliminary designs and construction documents for numerous public infrastructure and site development projects for both public and private clients. Curt has an exceptionally strong record of successfully delivering transportation projects and his work history encompasses recreational waterfront, commercial, residential and institutional site development projects, roadway and utility infrastructure, and parks and pedestrian facilities. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and in public involvement and quality assurance/quality control, Curt’s clients have come to rely on him for his careful attention to detail, as well as his skill at working through the challenges that often arise in the development of complex projects.
