David Karol quote marks

We utilized the services of KPFF for a seismic retrofit of a historic high-rise property in Oakland, California and had a great experience. Our project was complicated by having to retrofit the project with tenants-in-place and keeping the operations of the building fully functional. KPFF was thoughtful in developing multiple options to reinforce the building and worked with our ownership to develop a retrofit strategy that accommodated the needs of the ownership, the tenants, and the city. We have utilized their services multiple times since then on multiple properties and believe they provide best-in-class structural engineering services.

Jim Mogannam and the professionals at KPFF have performed countless structural engineering analyses for us through the years. They are thorough, responsive, detail-oriented, and deliver what they promise. We are often faced with unique structural obstacles, and Jim and his team always rise to the challenge. I would recommend KPFF without hesitation.
