    Scott Stainer has 8 years of civil engineering experience with KPFF on a wide range of projects. His experience includes project management and design for environmental clean-up projects, port terminal development, in-water shoreline dredging design, small aircraft terminal design, and industrial stormwater design. He is experienced with design elements such as grading, stormwater infrastructure, hydraulic analysis, dredging, domestic water and fire suppression water design. In addition, prior to coming to KPFF Scott has 10 years of experience working in construction in various providing in-field experience to aid in design, coordination between disciplines and construction support.
