    Since joining KPFF in 2011, Scott Stainer's civil engineering career has been focused on project management and design for environmental clean-up projects, port terminal development, in-water shoreline dredging design, small aircraft terminal design, and industrial stormwater design. He is experienced with design elements such as grading, stormwater infrastructure, hydraulic analysis, dredging, domestic water and fire suppression water design. In addition, prior to coming to KPFF, Scott had 10 years of experience working in construction providing in-field experience to aid in coordination between disciplines and constructability.
