UW Milgard Hall

KPFF provided structural engineering services for this Corporate Headquarters comprising a five-story, 368,000 SF Class A office space, a 50,000 SF Meeting Center and Market Place Building, 40,000 SF of landscaped courtyards over structure, and 323,000 SF of below-grade parking. The project features an exposed steel framed structure over a concrete podium. The floor plates are long and narrow to maximize exterior views and natural lighting. Multiple setbacks create roof decks and landscaped terraces at various levels around the building. A second parcel provides a two-level conference center and a one-story retail pavilion atop three levels of below-grade parking.
