Background
Thomas J. Swift is an Associate and the Land Survey Manager of KPFF’s Lacey office. Tom has been with KPFF since 2006 and believes it is his responsibility and requirement to ensure our clients and the public receive the highest quality of service and product. Tom makes it a goal to build lasting relationships based on professional trust and integrity. He understands and teaches the project surveyors the importance of professional ethics and the rules of professional conduct. Experience includes boundary, topographic, and construction survey support for transportation, engineering design and master planning of many municipal roadway, highway, trail, and utility projects.
