Tanjeet is a creative, innovative, and knowledgeable Principal and Structural Engineer. She brings her 20 plus years of experience with a passion for engineering opportunities, listening to clients and solving complex challenges.

She believes in working as a partner with the entire team from the early design phases to construction, to optimize not only the structural systems, but the overall success of the project. Her technical expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including Higher Education, Aviation, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Science and Technology, Federal and Civic projects.

She has been responsible for delivering several projects on time and on budget, while navigating intricate challenges. She supports clients and teams proficiently, and helps them make timely and informed decisions, that drive project success. Her long-term thinking and proactive approach to constructability are evident in every project she undertakes.

She has worked on both new and existing buildings and is experienced with various delivery methods including design-build delivery, lean design principles, and Target-Value Design. She is a strong advocate of collaborative approach across teams.

In her free time, Tanjeet loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling the world, listening to a wide range of music genres, and volunteering for her kids’ Parent Teacher organizations.
