Stuart works on a variety of project types, which fill each day with new challenges and discoveries. Throughout, he remains focused on delivering quality results for his clients that capitalize on the best features of many structure types. With KPFF Portland since 2001, Stuart confidently manages teams in the pursuit of efficient solutions that fulfill project specifications. He likes working collaboratively, striving to do what’s right by the client and end-user and maintaining strong relationships with them and the team. In the spirit of encouraging cooperation and professionalism, Stuart helped start the firm’s internal mentoring program for junior staff. He also volunteers with programs promoting STEM in Portland, introducing kids to the world of structural engineering and work in professional disciplines.
