Steve navigates the ever-evolving nexus of design and technology to keep KPFF Portland at the leading edge of structural engineering. Directing the firm’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) program, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and virtual reality initiative, Steve synchronizes the needs and expectations of clients and project partners with the work of internal teams. He ensures drawing sets are delivered to clients at the required level of completion within expected schedules, project standards, and budgets using required platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, Microstation, and Fuzor. Through cloud-based Revit collaborations, Steve has enabled KPFF engineers to seamlessly integrate design efforts with other project disciplines.
