Background
Lindsay Raphael is the Director of People Services in the General & Administrative group in Seattle. She began her career at KPFF in 2006 and has used her passion for people and process improvement to support KPFF in a variety of roles including recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. Lindsay works closely with G&A leadership and the People Services team to provide training and oversee the ongoing operations of KPFF’s human resources software solution, benefits program, and implement procedures in support of KPFF’s mission and strategy.
