Meet Ishwar’s Team

Background

As a Principal and Project Manager with the Los Angeles office of KPFF, Ishwar Dhungana is responsible for client contact, establishment of fees and schedules, supervision of engineering and drafting personnel, project design and production, overall project coordination and construction administration. Ishwar has been in the civil engineering design practice since 1998. He joined KPFF in 2008 and has experience in all aspects of project management and civil engineering design and specializes in grading, utility design, hydrology studies, stormwater management and the NPDES Construction General Permit.
