Cindy Hill CPSM

Cindy joined KPFF in 2000 and is currently the Marketing Director for the San Diego office. Prior to joining KPFF she worked for four years as a scientist in the biotech industry before re-careering to the A/E/C industry. She earned a Certified Professional Services Marketer designation in 2004 from SMPS, where she has volunteered her time on multiple boards and committees. In her many years leading the marketing department, she has grown the team from one to four marketers and oversees additional administrative professionals. She has played a role in securing work to significantly grow the staff size; provided support during a major change in leadership for the San Diego office; and has been involved with every major pursuit won for the office, from providing input/strategy for a win to preparation of collateral and interview materials.
