Andrew Cott PE

Andrew has been with KPFF since relocating to New York City in 2010. During his time with the New York office, he has worked on a variety of projects that include the design of new structures, evaluation of existing structures, and tenant improvements. As a project manager, Andrew works with the owner, design team, and other stakeholders to set a structural approach that works best for each project’s unique goals. He works to integrate the building structure into the needs and constraints of the project budget and architectural and systems designs. Whether for new or existing buildings, Andrew is passionate about delivering to each project exactly what it needs.
