KPFF provided structural and civil engineering services for a Library, Community Center and Garage for the City of Yorba Linda, California.  The Library is approximately 50,000 gsf, two-story building with flexibility for changing technical uses, social interaction and community engagement.  The Community Center is comprised of a one-story, approximately 15,000 gsf building housing culturally artistic focused spaces including Black Box Theater, Arts, Music and Dance Studios as well as Exhibition Gallery and Administrative and Support functions.
