KPFF provided civil engineering services for the Northwest Housing Alternatives (NHA) campus redevelopment in Milwaukie, Oregon. The campus now includes a beautiful new home for NHA offices, a family shelter, three buildings with affordable housing units, a commons area and playground, and associated site infrastructure. KPFF’s onsite stormwater management designs include a custom flow-controlled planter with native plantings.
