Riverline

The Riverline at 11th & Lee brings 48 new multifamily units to Boise’s River District. KPFF provided structural engineering services for this 49,100-sf, 4-story, mixed-use project. The building is located near the Boise River and is in the floodplain, which required close attention to detailing. KPFF utilized a steel framed podium over the parking and retail space, with wood-framed apartments above.
