The Oceanwide Plaza project includes a divers collection of retail shops, coffee shops, restaurants, a hotel, as well as high-end condominiums and lofts. The 49-story north tower consist of 164 luxury condominiums and a five-star, 183 room hotel. The twin, 40 story south towers featuring a combined total of 340 condominiums. All three towers sit atop an eight-story podium featuring 160,000 square fee of retail space. The project also includes 2 levels of subterranean parking and a total of 1,440 parking spaces.
The project site is bounded by 11th Street, Flower Street, 12th Street and Figueroa Street in the City of Los Angeles, and the total site area is approximately 4.5 acres. The scope of off-site improvements includes replacement of the existing sidewalk along the project frontage on all four streets, a valet drop-off pull-out on 12th Street, closing off existing driveways and design of new driveways to the project site.
The total project budget is approximately one billion dollars.
