New five-story, 272,000sf outpatient medical facility, 6,000sf central utility plant, and a 950-car parking structure on an 8.7-acre site in a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. The outpatient center contains an ambulatory surgery center, imaging and diagnostic services, urgent care, retail spaces, and various Mercy specialty clinics. The five-level parking garage is tucked into a hillside, with the north end completely underground. The south end of the cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structure has two levels below-grade.
