Design and construction of a 40,000-sf specialty Medical Office Building (MOB) on 7.58 acres of vacant lot, which will house 26 Provider Offices and 49 Exam Rooms in a specialty MOB. The new MOB will house Adult Primary Care and specialty departments, Ob/Gyn, Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Oncology and Orthopedics, as well as Urgent Care and Vision Essentials.
