Kaiser Permanente Irwindale MOB & Parking Structure

The Irwindale Specialty MOB is Kaiser’s first implementation of the Reimagining Ambulatory Care Design (RAD) and includes ambulatory surgery and clinical spaces. The MOB includes a public square, an adjoining parking garage and an outdoor plaza. Based around the idea of creating a healthcare “community” the MOB includes retail and wellness education services. Advanced IT features facilitates a convenient and efficient patient experience.
