KPFF provided structural engineering and prime design services for a combination hotel wrap and parking structure project in downtown Boise, Idaho. The project included a 6-story, 600 stall concrete parking garage with a 250-room hotel wrap over a concrete podium. The hotel included stacked suites, utilizing conventional stick frame construction with shear and bearing walls.
