A new mixed-use development at First Avenue and Fourth Street in Ketchum, Idaho, integrates modern construction with sustainable design. This three-story podium-style building utilizes mass timber construction with cross-laminated timber, a material that enhances occupant wellbeing through its natural aesthetic and biophilic properties. Prefabrication of the timber elements allowed for an efficient and expedited construction process.

The development includes fifteen workforce housing units, four market-rate apartments, and four upper-floor condominiums, along with a below-grade parking garage. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light and offer spectacular views of the surrounding Sun Valley mountains.
