Phase 1A
This phase encompasses a 22-acre core portion of the master planned project and includes a 20,000 SF community events center with outdoor classrooms, a 1,250 SF wedding pavilion, a 1,500-seat outdoor amphitheater, reflecting pool & splash pad, sculpture garden & civic plaza, group picnic area, restroom building, children’s play area, entry gate & kiosk and walking trails.

Phase 1B
This phase consists of the construction of a new CMU maintenance building and a new dog park. The Maintenance Building and Yard area will include parking spaces, covered storage, perimeter fencing and gates, covered trash enclosures, small planting areas, a CMU building for staff rest/eating area and an ADA restroom.
