Adidas North America East Village Expansion

KPFF provided civil and structural engineering for a major expansion of Adidas’ North American Headquarters. The East Village Expansion created two new signature buildings with flexible work spaces, maker spaces, common areas and employee amenities. These buildings flank the new soccer field centered in the campus.
Certified LEED Gold, the new buildings feature energy efficient, flexible spaces, a green roof, recycled and reclaimed materials, a campus-wide ban on single-use plastic and exercise and wellness rooms.

KPFF’s civil engineers provided utility and site design, designed a new ADA accessible entrance and parking areas. KPFF also assisted PBOT with the new cycletrack on N. Greeley Avenue that runs by the campus.
