The Village at USC is a 14-acre mixed-use development extending the University of California Park Campus north of Jefferson Boulevard. The 1.2 Million gross square foot development includes 5 new buildings consisting of approximately 3,000 student residential beds, 190,000-sf of retail and USC support space, and underground parking for approximately 461 cars.   
KPFF is providing civil engineering services for the on-site design. Scope includes demolition, grading, drainage and storm water management, and underground utility systems. KPFF is also taking the lead role in the design of the public street  improvement component of the project. The street improvement design consists of 4,000 feet of sidewalk widening and streetscape to provide an enhanced pedestrian and biking experience in the vicinity of The Village's site.
