Development of a new 90,000-sf courthouse situated on a 6-acre site. Site improvements include surface parking for the court staff and visitors, secure sallyport for in-custody transport, and site pedestrian access. Civil design includes the demolition of the existing site improvements, grading, drainage, utility connections to the new structures, public sidewalk improvements along the frontage of the property, and erosion control.
