The 420,000-SF MonteCedro Senior Living Community features new, villa-style senior living residential buildings. The complex includes 186 living units, a 90,000-sq.-ft. subterranean cast-in-place parking garage, memory care assisted living spaces, and four standalone buildings. The community also includes a cocktail lounge, an art studio, chapel, movie theater, business center, library, performing arts/multipurpose auditorium, fitness center and pool.
