KPFF has provided civil and structural engineering services for upgrades and repairs to this aging boating facility through multiple phases of work since 2001. Work has included alternatives analysis for wave attenuation and associated erosion/sediment control, design of a new transient dock and relocation of the existing sheriff patrol boat houses. The most recent phase involved construction of new asphalt parking lots with modified boat ramp access, a restroom, bank stabilization, landscaping, utilities, and a pervious paver parking lot. KPFF also assisted in permitting and environmental work.
