7-story, 1,100-stall, 380,000-sf parking garage located adjacent to an Amtrak Platform, and includes a multi-modal Amtrak bus link on the ground level. In addition, there is 25,000-gsf of retail space on the ground floor with an associated truck loading dock in the garage. There is also a 180-foot long pedestrian bridge linking the garage to the future retail building site, spanning over the railroad right-of-way and adjacent roadway.

The garage construction includes precast columns, precast long-span beams and cast-in-place concrete slabs. Shearwalls are used to resist lateral forces and wind loads. To mitigate the effects of liquefaction of subsurface soils, a soil mix column was implemented in lieu of traditional precast concrete driven piles.
