Background
Matt Dolan is the Managing Principal at KPFF’s Portland, Eugene, and Washington DC Civil Engineering + Survey offices. Matt joined KPFF in 1998 and focused his career on complex site development and project management. His diverse background on both international and stateside projects enables him to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for a range of unique projects, from design to construction. He thrives on solving the puzzles inherent to civil engineering work, and as a leader encourages ingenuity, curiosity, diversity, and resourcefulness in his staff and teammates.
