    Todd joined KPFF in 2009 to establish and lead the St. Louis office’s Civil Engineering division. With over thirty years of experience in the civil engineering consulting industry, Todd is known for his ability to work collaboratively with owners, developers, architects, contractors, and governmental clients. He has delivered hundreds of civil engineering projects across the country, on projects including educational, healthcare, residential, municipal, industrial, commercial, and retail facilities. 

    Todd is a thoughtful project leader, and is responsible for client contact, development of project fees and budgets, project planning and design, and oversight of project coordination and quality.
