    Over his 35 year career, he has gained extensive experience in a wide variety of structures ranging from medium-rise concrete and steel structures to low-rise wood and masonry structures. Tim has designed and performed construction administration on a wide variety of projects ranging from hospitals, commercial buildings, parking garages, multi-family housing to institutional projects. Tim has particular expertise working on senior living projects, including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare projects including acute care hospitals, central plants, labs, and medical office buildings. Tim assesses client’s needs and goals to develop structural framing systems that integrate the building’s functional and aesthetic objectives with the structural requirements. His continued project involvement from schematics through construction assures a high level of client service and quality.
