    Background

    Steve Schmitz is an Associate of KPFF’s Lacey office, where he provides experience in civil engineering and construction management. Steve joined KPFF in 2016 and has design expertise which includes storm and surface water planning, low-impact development, as well as water and wastewater system design for public, tribal and private clients. He has also been responsible for master planning, site development, traffic engineering, storm drainage, and utility design. As a construction manager and inspector, Steve is responsible for ensuring that construction conforms to the plans, specifications and contract documents. He also is responsible for quality control of concrete, aggregate, pavement, material compaction and channelization.
